Recreational Gymnastics

12 Months - 18 Years

Gymnastics is the basis for all sport. Children who take gymnastics classes learn gross motor control, spatial awareness, and coordination. They build strength and flexibility while gaining self-confidence, improving their social skills, and learn to persevere through challenges. Most importantly, children form strong friendships, play, and have FUN!

Dragon Ninja

18 Months - 18 Years

Our Dragon Ninja program combines gymnastics, tumbling, parkour, and martial arts into one extraordinary program. Your high-energy child will love running, jumping, swinging, climbing, and flipping through our incredible obstacle courses and rigs.

Tumbling

5-18 Years

Tumbling focusses on the acro aspect of Gymnastics. In this program, your child will get to enhance their floor skills utilizing the floor exercise, tumble track/trampoline and a variety of blocks and mats.

Birthday Parties

5-18 Years

Our parties are 2 hours in length with one hour of gym time and an hour to spend with friends and family. Students will be instructed by one of our experienced staff members. They will have the opportunity to play on our trampolines, bars, balance beams, warped walls, ninja headquarters and a variety of different obstacle courses.

Camps

4-12 Years

Our Camps are filled with all day fun for children of all ages. Students will have the opportunity to take part in some Gymnastics and Ninja Warrior classes. They will get to enjoy some themed games, crafts and activities with our team of experienced coaches. We offer PA Day, March Break and Summer Camps.

Competitive Gymnastics

4-18 Years

This program is for students looking for more of a challenge with the opportunity to take part in competitions throughout the year. Our athletes train anywhere from 6-16 hours per week at the Pre-Competitive, Xcel or Provincial Level.

These programs are "audition only".
